In mid-December, Cyfex participated in Manufacturer Days at the Akademie für Hörakustik (afh) in Lübeck, Germany’s central educational institution for inter-company training, master craftsman qualification, and professional development in the field of hearing acoustics.
Our contribution included a specialist presentation and a hands-on workshop on the topic “Designing and 3D Printing Earmolds Digitally with Cyfex.”
The focus was on the use of Secret Ear Designer, which has been established at the academy since 2011 and enables students to learn digital earmold modeling as part of generative manufacturing processes.
We were pleased to support the training of future hearing-acoustics professionals and to exchange ideas with educators and industry experts.
